🐾Tips for Pet Owners
- Book ahead for weekends or crowded hours, and arrive a little early; if using a stroller or if your pet has mobility issues, plan to carry or request assistance at the entrance.
- For surgeries or dental work, ask about pre-op checks, anaesthesia plan, stitch type, and request an itemised estimate to avoid surprises.
- If your pet has persistent soft stools, bring a fresh stool sample and ask about parasite testing such as Giardia.
- Use WhatsApp to clarify aftercare and medications; if symptoms persist after repeated visits, discuss next diagnostic steps or consider a second opinion.
