🐾Tips for Pet Owners
- Ask for an itemised quote and discuss alternatives before agreeing to tests or surgery; clarify any instalment or payment options in advance.
- For urgent needs, call ahead—walk-ins and last‑minute slots were often accommodated—and arrive a bit early to minimise waiting.
- Bring prior medical records and any insurance forms; request the necessary memos or documentation upfront to smooth claims.
- If your pet is anxious or senior, ask the team for extra time, gentle handling, and clear post‑care instructions (including pain control and at‑home monitoring).
